Add Appointment


    With the help of this screen user can add appointment for the visitor.
    

     Steps :

     1) Select 'Whom to Visit' & Select 'Organization' from drop down list.
     2) Select visitor name from the list if it existing otherwise enter visitor name & phone number manually.
     3) Select appointment date & expected time.
     4) Allowed Access Area is set in Central Station Configurator application. In that employee configuration form user can give access areas to visitor's.
     5) Select allowed access area then click on  [ > ] button to set that area for visitor's appointment.
     6) Choose purpose from the given options.
     7) Then click on Submit button.
