This interface provides the system to assign reader and doors to particular controller.Default Configurations
This part of the window allows user to configure default IP Address of host machine and Controller.
- Enter the Host IP Address of the machine where you want to run the system.
- Enter the default IP Address of Controller, in order to make it easy to update IP addresses of controller in Controller Reader Interface Details.
- If the default port number shown in image does not match controller's port number, enter the new value else keep as it is.
Controller List This part of the window allows user to set number of controllers. Refer the sample lay out plan.
- Select Controller by clicking on its name as shown in diagram.
- Enter number of Controllers as per your requirement. (Default Number of Controllers is 0)
- Note : You can not edit the name of controller.
- Click on Ok button display the list of Controller Reader Interface Details.
- If you want to add or edit the number of controllers, repeat the procedure.
Door and Reader Configuration
- This window is non editable and just for user's reference. (>>)
- This helps you to view which reader is assigned to which door, hence it helps further to assign it to necessary controller.
Controller Reader Interface Details The following window displays Controller Reader Interface details, which allows user to configure doors and reader interfaces for controllers.
A.
- Select controller which you want to configure.
- Controller Id is editable.
- Controller Make shows the name of controller.
- Enter serial number of that selected controller. It should be last three strings of MAC address of controller. It should be in hex format. e. g. AA:BB:CC. (Capital letters from A to F and digits 0-9)
- Enter IP Address of controller.
- Enter the Port number if the port is different from default set up.

- Here you can attach;
- 32 number of V100 for single V1000.(Reader Interface Ids are from 0 to 31). By default, first 32 number of V100 are attached to first V1000, then second V1000 is used. But user can change this settings.
- V2000 itself is a reader interface and so as E400 and ER40 too.
- Assign Doors to Controller by selecting doors from pop up list. It allows user to assign different doors for different controllers such as;
- For V1000 ad V2000, you can assign either Single CICO Door or Two Door-Door 1/CIFO Door and/or Two Door-Door 2/CIFO Door.
- For ER40 and E400, you can assign only Two Door-Door 1/CIFO Door as you can assign the readers only to get into the area..
- Single door can be assigned to a single controller, but a single controller can have multiple doors. Door type CICO can be assigned to Single door, where in door type CIFO can be assigned to Two Door- Door 1 and Door 2.
- Refer the sample layout plan attached to the first window of Quick Configuration manual to understand how doors have been attached to respective controllers.
- Click in the required check boxes of Set Emergency column. If it is checked, It will display emergency messages at the time of AC failure to controller. As well as it helps to open/close all doors in the network at time of emergency.
- Click on button Save Configuration.
- Click on Next button, to move to next window.
- If you want to add or edit the number of controllers, repeat the procedure.
Click on Previous button to go to previous configuration page and click on Next button to proceed configuration.
